Personally Paired LLC respects and values its Care Providers’ and Parents’ (collectively, “Users”) privacy. Personal information from Users is collected only from Users in order to process orders, complete the Personally Paired Portfolio (for Care Providers to be contacted by Parents and for third party references to be contacted by Personally Paired LLC and Parents) or to communicate about upcoming events, promotions or contests. Personally Paired LLC may advertise products, companies and events of potential interest to the Users through the email address provided. Personally Paired LLC does not rent, sell, release or otherwise make available (unless compelled by law or noted above) any Users’ personal information. Once subscribed, Users may opt-out of email updates at any time by using the unsubscribe option within the email or by contacting Personally Paired LLC directly.
Personally Paired LLC may collect information about third-party references provided by Care Providers. This information may include the name, phone number, and email address of the third-party reference and may be included in the Personally Paired Portfolio. This information is collected when a Care Provider completes an application. The references will be contacted by Personally Paired LLC only to verify the information in the provider's application, to the extent the third-party can, and to determine if the third-party will represent that the provider left the third-party on good terms. "Good terms" is defined as meaning that separation was mutually agreeable and not due to any misconduct or other misbehavior on the part of the provider. Third party references are included in the Personally Paired Portfolio and are included for a Parent solely to verify Care Provider information and qualifications. Users agree that Personally Paired LLC will not be held liable for any damages caused by the use of this information and User’s agree to pursue that Parent for any and all remedies available for such use. Personally Paired LLC makes no representations or warranties as to the references provided to it by Care Providers. If a third-party reference would like to request that their information be removed they can contact Personally Paired LLC directly.
Personally Paired LLC uses PayPal for payment processing on a separate server hosted by PayPal. Personally Paired makes no representations or warranties with respect to PayPal’s payment processing, and Users agree not to hold Personally Paired LLC liable for any damages resulting from said payment processing. Personally Paired LLC does not warrant that its site or server will operate error-free and does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability that may result from the use of its website. This Privacy Statement may be subject to change at any time. Notifications to changes of the Privacy Statement will be posted on the site so that Users are aware of information collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is disclosed.
