We personally connect our families with educated and experienced caregivers who are passionate about working with children of all ages. Whether you are seeking a full-time nanny, an executive household manager, a newborn-care specialist or a date night sitter, we will match your family with caregivers who will fulfill your needs. We have firm requirements that our caregivers must meet in order to be included in our program. While the logistics of a particular search position are important, we believe that matching caregivers and families based on personalities, values and philosophies are just as important.
The backgrounds of our caregivers are diverse. They are teachers, nurses, professional nannies, psychologists, special education aides, students and child development specialists. However, they all share a genuine love for working with children.
For a one time fee (depending on the type of care that you are looking for and your location), we email you a list of thorough questions to help us better understand your needs. You can be as specific as you would like such as desired pay rate range, experience level and much more. We follow up with a consultation to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of what you are looking for.
Within about 10 - 12 business days, we email you a customized Portfolio with 3 – 4 candidates (depending on how specific your needs are). These candidates have been pre-qualified, interviewed and reference checked by us specifically for your needs. We include their resumes, contact information, availability calendars, bios, words from references and photos. As part of the package we also include our Helpful Childcare Hiring Guide which is complete with tips and follow up interview questions.
We can assist with background check and payroll company recommendations, the nanny contract and much more! We don't charge placement or application fees and would be happy to continue to work with you until we find you the perfect fit for your family.
