For a one time fee, we email you a list of thorough questions to help us better understand your needs. You can be as specific as you would like such as desired pay rate range, experience level etc.
Within 10 - 12 business days, we email you your Portfolio with 4 - 6 (depending on how specific your needs are) pre-screened, interviewed and reference checked candidates. We include their resumes, availability calendars, bios, words from references and photos customized specifically to your requirements.
As part of the package we also include our Helpful Childcare Hiring Guide which is complete with tips and follow up interview questions.
