Information for Caregivers

There is never a fee for caregivers to be included in our program and we don't take a portion of your paycheck either.

Why should I work with Personally Paired to find a caregiver position?
Working with Personally Paired allows you access to wonderful childcare positions in your area. We work with families who value their employees and will treat you professionally and offer competitive salaries. While the logistics of a particular search position are important, we believe that matching caregivers and families based on personalities, values and philosophies are just as important.

As a member of our program we will work on your behalf as an advocate for you in finding a position that fits your specific needs. We also provide support and direction during and after the placement process to ensure a long lasting relationship with your employer. We are always available to answer questions or concerns.

How do I apply?
You must first be sure that you meet our minimum requirements that are displayed on this page. Please note that our custom search criteria are based on each individual family's needs but these qualifications are the minimum to be invited into our program.

You can then fill out a caregiver application that can be found here on this page and email it to the appropriate city email address:

We will review your application to ensure that it meets our requirement criteria. Then, we will set up an interview with you to discuss your experience and provide you with more information on the positions available.

How do I find out about your available positions?
Once you are invited into our program you will automatically be signed up to receive our caregiver e-newsletters that will notify you when a position comes available. If you are interested in a particular position you can then email your appropriate community manager to apply. We also post our positions on our Facebook pages.

Minimum Caregiver Requirements*

Must have at least 1 year of childcare experience within the past 5 years.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older and be legally authorized to work within the jurisdiction of the United States.
Must provide us with at least 2 recent references (one of these must include a childcare reference). We will contact these references.
Must be willing to agree to a background check if requested by a parent.
Must fill out an application and have an interview with a Personally Paired manager.
